This is my favorite BBQ book. Not only does it have outstanding recipes, but really does a great job at covering the history and people who have made barbecue what it is today. The interviews and pictures really help give the reader a true feeling of what American barbecue is all about. It also has the best baked beans from scratch recipe I have been able to find.
