After taking a little trip out to the place my wife and I were married, we
stumbled across a sign boasting hickory smoked BBQ.  Well, we ate an an
Irish pub anyway.  We looked for the BBQ place after, but didn't see
it.  We did however see a little seafood shop that also had snowballs,
so the wife ran in to get a couple  Well low and behold, this was also
the BBQ place.  After chatting with the man running the place, we came
to find out he built his own smoker (rather large trailer rig out
front).  When he found out I was a judge, he gave each of us a rib and
a small pile of  shredded pork.  I must admit, that was the best rib
I've had at any restaraunt/shop/eatery.  Not much rub, no sauce, cooked
perfectly.  The pork flavor really announced itself.  What a nice
little way to end the day!
